The candidate would be one of a team of survey operations staff, needing to work well in a team while also being able to work under their own initiative. They will need to be accurate and have attention to detail, be willing to learn, remaining motivated and focussed in a busy environment. They should also be prepared to support other teams and work alternative hours on a short-term basis. Experience of PC’s and Microsoft Office is desirable. Training will be provided for all aspects of the work.
Shifts in place 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm - week-end work also required
DUTIES
- Operating envelope inserting machinery, production printers, data capture scanners, guillotines and letter openers
- Printing/checking mailing letters and questionnaires
- Checking email mailing invitations and managing their send out
- Processing outgoing survey materials ready for despatch
- Integrity checking outgoing mailings
- Picking and packing questionnaires to be couriered to clients
- Opening and sorting incoming post
- Working with the company’s bespoke database
- Coding and inputting survey information and comments as necessary
- Receiving and documenting stock deliveries
- Preparing mailing items for despatch, including booking these via online portal.
- Routine machinery and office maintenance
- Filing and archiving
- Integrity checking
- Performing regular stock counts
- Raising Duty of Care issues
- Regular use of MS Excel
- Assisting teams across the business when required
