Executive Summary
We are seeking a strategic, resourceful, and high-performing Demand Generation Manager to lead, activate, and optimize growth marketing and demand generation campaigns for the our client's Ads business. This role will shape the go-to-market strategy, drive advertiser acquisition, enable partner solutions, and align closely with sales and cross-functional marketing teams. The ideal candidate has deep AdTech experience, excels at balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, and brings proven expertise in launching data-driven, multi-channel campaigns in B2B environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and manage full-funnel demand generation campaigns across paid search, social, content syndication, programmatic, and offline channels
- Lead the strategic development, execution, and scaling of account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting enterprise segments and vertical markets
- Build and execute a repeatable ABM program roadmap aligned to pipeline, sales priorities, and market opportunities
- Support solutions marketing initiatives to increase adoption of client's advertising products among merchants, retailers, brands, franchises, and agencies
- Partner closely with Sales for campaign handoffs, pipeline measurement, and enablement of field teams
- Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights, drive optimizations, and identify growth opportunities
- Create executive campaign reports, dashboards, and performance summaries to track KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, CPL, ROAS)
- Manage campaign budgets, monitor spend, and ensure effective allocation of marketing resources
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, and Product Marketing to develop audience-specific assets and messaging
Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in demand generation or digital campaign execution, preferably in B2B marketplace/adtech environments
- Strong execution orientation, growth hacking mindset, and focus on rapid experimentation and scaling what works
- Advanced fluency with performance metrics, reporting tools, and data analysis for campaign optimization
- Experience activating account-based and ICP-targeted campaigns with platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot/Pardot, Demandbase
- Proven budget management, spend optimization, and forecasting skills
- Track record collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams to execute GTM and enablement programs
- Detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced settings, and solves problems with a data-first, creative approach
