Key Responsibilities

Play a hands-on role in day-to-day drone delivery operations, from picking up merchant orders to loading drones with care and precision
Ensure operational safety, efficiency, and accuracy within a dynamic and evolving field environment
Proactively share ideas, insights, and feedback to improve workflows, processes, and service reliability
Collaborate closely with a team that values trust, accountability, and mutual success
Build a positive team culture focused on learning, open communication, and operational excellence
