Executive Summary
A well-established organization is seeking a CRM Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to drive the activation and ongoing engagement of enterprise administrators and their employees through personalized and scalable CRM programs. This B2B2C role focuses on optimizing onboarding, increasing benefit adoption, and leveraging multi-channel communications (email, push, SMS, in-app messaging) for Enterprise partners. Candidates should be data-driven, strategic, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to increase Enterprise user activation and maximize benefit adoption
- Personalize and scale communications based on company needs and employee perks
- Manage CRM campaign strategy end-to-end: including creative reviews, stakeholder collaboration, audience segmentation, and feedback capture
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, Analytics, and Strategy teams
- Analyze campaign outcomes, establish benchmarks, and report on performance to guide improvements
- Drive campaign experimentation (A/B and multivariate testing)
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Retention, Email, Customer Engagement, or CRM Marketing
- Experience with CRM technology; ESPs (Braze or Iterable preferred), segmentation tools, and complex data systems
- Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; comfort presenting recommendations and results to cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in analytics tools related to campaign management and reporting
- Thorough understanding of campaign experimentation and optimization
- Highly organized, dependable, self-motivated, with strong multi-tasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- B2B or SaaS CRM experience a plus
