About the Role
We are looking for a Consumer Operations Senior Associate to join our client's team focused on Growth and Retention Marketing. In this role, you will support the strategy, development, and execution of CRM initiatives aimed at driving adoption, engagement, and retention through email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration to develop high-impact campaigns that deliver business results and provide a best-in-class subscription experience.
What You'll Do
- Design CRM strategies to acquire and engage customers effectively.
- Create customer journey flows with actionable trigger points using both static and dynamic content.
- Collaborate with Integrated Marketing to develop campaign strategy briefs based on audience behavior and business needs.
- Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including Creative Studio, Promo Strategy, Operations, and Strategy.
- Manage email reporting dashboards, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Work with Lifecycle and Operations teams to advance personalization efforts.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to inform future optimization efforts.
About You
- 4+ years of experience in CRM or email marketing.
- Deep familiarity with CRM technology, including ESPs/marketing automation platforms.
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems and lead initiatives.
- Extremely organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
- A collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills, thriving in cross-functional environments.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
