Executive Summary
We are seeking a strategic, resourceful, and high-performing Customer Experience Specialist to support the launch and execution of new service offerings as part of a pilot initiative. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe fulfillment of new services
- Monitor performance, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and execute corrective action plans
- Utilize data and insights to design and implement workflow, team structure, and process improvements
- Create and own workflows to keep launch projects on track, building a successful business foundation
- Support cross-functional growth initiatives, training programs, special projects, and market expansion efforts
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and exploring new use cases for marketplace and other verticals

- Organized and proficient with Google Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive under pressure
- Strong communicator, experienced in customer-facing or management roles

Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, or in progress
- 1+ years experience in sales, consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, banking, analytics, startups, or related

- Experience executing business development opportunities or negotiating partnerships
