Executive Summary
We are seeking a strategic, resourceful, and high-performing Employee Relations Business Partner to support our client’s Go To Market teams. In this role, you’ll operate as a neutral intermediary, facilitating employee relations, supporting managers, and fostering a fair, consistent, and high-performance culture across the organization. You’ll contribute to the operational efficiency of employee relations (ER) processes, partner with business and HR leaders, and leverage both data and empathy to improve the workplace experience for all.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as an Employee Relations subject matter expert and partner for assigned business orgs and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), offering guidance and consulting
  • Support and coach managers in developing, delivering, and monitoring Performance Improvement Plans, and address complaints/concerns about the process
  • Facilitate resolutions for escalated employee performance management, involuntary terminations, engagement, complaints, and listening sessions
  • Ensure consistency in ER processes, capture and report key metrics, and advocate for process improvements
  • Interpret and advise on company policies, procedures, and employment law (federal/state) to ensure fair, compliant, and balanced outcomes
  • Partner with business stakeholders, Legal, HR, and other partners for complex case resolution
  • Implement process enhancements and strategic initiatives to drive efficiency, client satisfaction, and effective delivery of services
  • Maintain documentation through HRIS and case management tools such as Workday, Service Now, and HR Acuity
  • Support regular reporting and provide recommendations to business and HR leaders on trends and opportunities
  • May require light travel as needed for key meetings or disputes
Skills & Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in employee relations, HRBP/People Partner, or employment law
  • Deep knowledge of employment law; comfort looking up and applying state-specific legislation
  • Experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, Service Now) and ER case management software (e.g., HR Acuity)
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills; high emotional intelligence (EQ)
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and levels of leadership
  • Excellent organizational skills, follow-through, and a flexible, solution-oriented mindset
  • Customer service–oriented with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to work independently, proactively solve problems, and propose process efficiencies or strategic improvements
