About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client's team. This role will collaborate with various leaders within the Global Support & Integrity Operations organizations to implement and execute people strategies across multiple teams. Working closely with Centers of Excellence, you will provide strategic consultation and expertise in areas such as Compensation, Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. This role will also offer tactical support on daily challenges, lead department-wide programs, and significantly contribute to cross-team initiatives.
What You'll Do
  • Coach leadership on people strategies, including organizational design, strategic hiring, performance management, and learning and development.
  • Partner with leadership to define, execute, and track org-specific people strategy Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).
  • Empower managers through leadership development to build exceptional teams.
  • Assess and recommend solutions for employee development needs.
  • Lead key people programs, including engagement surveys, performance reviews, and compensation reviews.
  • Contribute significantly to enhancing company-wide People Programs like the Performance Review process and Employee Engagement Survey.
About You
  • Have 6+ years of HR/People experience, with 3+ years as an HR Business Partner.
  • Critical thinker who anticipates issues and suggests long-term solutions.
  • Exercise excellent judgment and decision-making skills independently.
  • Possess exceptional prioritization and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable with data and analytics, capable of turning data into actionable insights.
  • Outstanding communicator with strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Ability to coach leaders through complex situations, with the discernment of when to listen and when to advise.
  • Demonstrates an owner mentality.
