The HR Service Desk Analyst is the primary point of contact for employees, supervisors, and managers, providing day-to-day HR support. This role ensures the company maintains HR best practices and legal compliance. The analyst will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to foster a cohesive, productive, and positive work environment. This position reports to the HR Service Desk Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support for submitting and following up on People Operations tickets, such as manager and job detail changes in Workday.
- Conduct initial internal mobility eligibility checks for employees applying for other roles.
- Adhere to and answer employee questions regarding department-level policies and processes.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the HR Director and HR Business Partners during critical annual cycles like performance reviews and compensation planning.
- Support managers in their learning and adoption of direct Workday access.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion with all sensitive business information and data.
