The HR Business Partner team collaborates closely with leaders to align people and strategy. HRBPs assess, coach, and influence the business as it scales and evolves, enabling teams to achieve remarkable outcomes.
About the Role
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a vital role in building and shaping people processes and systems to drive continuous improvement. With a focus on providing a positive employee experience, you'll support teams within Retail Operations. Retail Operations involves brick-and-mortar convenience stores where customers place orders via an app, and associates pack these orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Eastern Retail Operations team in refining the people strategy for growth.
- Deliver HR support to leaders and employees, ensuring compliance and upholding best practices.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence such as Employee Relations, Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits, Legal, Culture & Belonging, and People Operations.
- Report to the Senior Manager, HRBP for Retail Operations, working with General Managers, Operations Managers, Site Managers, and onsite associates.

Ideal Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR/People experience, with 3+ years as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-performance cultures.
- Background in supporting high-volume, customer-facing roles (e.g., retail, hospitality, logistics).
- Proficiency in coaching leaders through performance and talent programs.
- Strong critical thinking abilities and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Excellent judgment and ability to make sound decisions independently.
- Data analytics proficiency and ability to derive actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
