Executive Summary
We are seeking a strategic, resourceful, and high-performing Inside Sales Representative to join our client's Supply Chain team. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-moving group at the earliest stages of building a new platform designed to help restaurants source inventory more affordably, efficiently, and reliably. In this role, you will drive the growth of a critical business line by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new restaurant and food service partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of restaurant and food service partners for the supply chain offering.
- Research target markets to identify key contacts and decision-makers within relevant organizations.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of supply chain services to potential partners, guiding them through the onboarding process.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and marketing teams to establish feedback loops for continuous improvement.
- Use data and market insights to understand customer pain points and recommend tailored supply chain solutions.
- Play a foundational role in developing sales playbooks, processes, and best practices for a rapidly growing team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in inside sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of building and managing a sales pipeline and exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to effectively explain technical products and business value.
- Resourceful and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable leveraging data and CRM systems to drive process improvements and sales effectiveness.
- Collaborative team player with a passion for building new business lines and driving measurable impact.
