About the Role
We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to join our client's team, supporting one of the newest business segments, Parcels. This position involves managing and executing integrated marketing strategies to enhance product engagement and adoption. You will work cross-functionally to develop and pilot new products, especially those growing from 0 to 1. The role requires you to engage in go-to-market strategies, product marketing campaigns, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
What You'll Do
  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product features and programs.
  • Conduct marketing experimentation to enhance user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Roll out and manage in-app and email campaigns, coordinate with partners, and execute strategies effectively.
  • Partner with research teams to conduct customer research and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Product, Brand, CRM, and Operations for weekly business reviews and reporting.
  • Analyze product metrics and iterate on marketing messaging based on insights.
  • Lead and manage projects to drive customer engagement and feature adoption.
About You
  • BA degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing or strategy role within a high-growth environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing experimentation.
  • Ability to shift seamlessly between strategic thinking and execution.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with experience in digital marketing or sales campaigns.
  • Builder’s mentality with a passion for technology products impacting millions.
  • Proficient in SQL is a big plus.
Ideal Profile
  • Hands-on experience influencing cross-functional teams with product development, ideation, and experimentation.
  • Proven track record in managing digital marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to be data-driven, with comfort in experimentation and testing methodologies.
  • Experience in product marketing or product operations for consumer tech companies is preferred.
