About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated individual to join our client's Integrations team as an Integrations Technical Specialist. In this role, you will assist in certifying, launching, and supporting merchant integrations. You will conduct reviews of integrations built by our external partners using various APIs, ensuring they meet our technical requirements. It's an opportunity to contribute to the scalability of our certification process and support the Restaurant Integrations team with projects related to partner integrations maintenance.

What You'll Do

Conduct live and offline reviews of partner-built integrations.
Evaluate each integration against technical requirements and provide feedback.
Configure runtime variables for certified partners to ensure launch readiness.
Collaborate on updating and scaling the certification process.
Triage and address technical issues raised by partners and escalated by Support.
Support with data aggregation, data entry, and writing technical documentation.

Passionate about technology and detail-oriented.
Effective collaborator, comfortable with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong communicator, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in similar roles.
Experience with APIs and integrations.
Strong experience working with external partners to resolve issues.
Basic experience with software development tools like GitHub.
Experience with large data sets and SQL is a strong plus.
Experience with Jira and technical writing is a strong plus.
Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
