Title: Live Operations Associate – Health Sector Pilot

Compensation: $22,86/hour
Location: 100% Remote, US-Based (Flexible between ET and PST)
Work Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday–Sunday, spanning 7:00 AM–12:30 AM EST; weekend and evening availability required

Position Overview
A growing technology-focused team is seeking a Live Operations Associate to support a high-impact pilot in the health sector, focused on error-free delivery execution and world-class customer service. This role is integral to managing live operations through proactive outreach and troubleshooting, with a goal of exceeding service level agreements and supporting quality assurance across every step of the workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Address merchant and delivery driver (courier) issues with empathy and urgency via phone, SMS, and email.
- Proactively identify issues, analyze potential failures, and implement mitigation tactics to ensure seamless deliveries.
- Monitor and execute workflows aligned with exceptional quality and SLA achievement.
- Recognize operational trends and communicate actionable insights to internal teams to improve processes.
- Develop deep knowledge of products, systems, and delivery tools; share learnings with the broader team.
- Operate as part of a collaborative team committed to customer service excellence in a vital, innovation-driven environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years in fast-paced customer service/support roles (technology, hospitality, healthcare, or related fields).
- Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and independent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication; comfortable balancing professional and casual communication style as needed.
- Fluent with technology: fast learner, proficient with Google Sheets, and ≥40 WPM typing speed.
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
- Comfortable working independently in ambiguous situations; effective at triaging novel problems.
Bonus Points
- Experience with G-Suite, Slack, Atlassian, and Salesforce is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with technology-enabled service environments or delivery operations.
