We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our client's team. You will be responsible for assembling complex electro-mechanical products following provided work instructions. Your role includes fastening parts using various tools and techniques, executing basic test protocols, and ensuring updates are made to assembly procedures when necessary. Maintaining a clean and organized workplace, inspecting work for quality, and assisting with other tasks are integral to this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble complex electro-mechanical products according to work instructions.
- Use a variety of tools and techniques to fasten parts.
- Execute basic test protocols and identify necessary updates to assembly procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace.
- Inspect others’ work for quality assurance.
- Support logistics, material handling, prototype development, and other tasks when needed.
- Report any safety issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience in mechanical assembly.
- Understanding of handling static-sensitive electrical components.
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
- Understanding of standard PPE practices.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to ascend and descend multiple-step ladders frequently.
- Automotive or autonomous vehicle assembly experience preferred.
- Professional soldering experience preferred.
