Executive Summary
We are seeking a strategic, resourceful, and high-performing Marketing Manager to drive and execute marketing strategies for top-tier merchant partners. This role will be instrumental in shaping and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns, building strong client relationships, and developing insights-driven playbooks that unlock growth and boost ROI. As a key marketing strategist, you will partner cross-functionally to support campaign development, track results, and respond to emerging partner trends.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a best-in-class marketing playbook to drive merchant sales and return on investment
  • Develop and foster deep relationships with leading merchant partners, creating annual marketing plans and working closely with their marketing teams to execute and drive growth
  • Advise and support new merchant launches to build brand awareness and acquire new customers
  • Identify and respond to emerging partner trends, testing innovative marketing methods for retention and acquisition
  • Own and nurture marketing relationships with high-profile restaurant and convenience brands, developing quarterly and annual strategies that align with both internal and external priorities
  • Create internal and partner-facing reports to track campaign and promotion performance
  • Use a data-first approach to optimize campaigns, improve profitability, achieve growth targets, and identify new business opportunities
Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a partnership marketing or related marketing role
  • Proven ability to operate strategically and tactically, switching seamlessly between high-level planning and detailed execution
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to develop trust with external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of audience insights through research, analytics, and firsthand initiative
  • Demonstrated success building consensus and leading large cross-functional teams, including senior stakeholder management
  • Track record of developing and executing co-partnership marketing campaigns that drive customer adoption and top-line impact
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data for market sizing, forecasting, and post-campaign performance analysis
