Executive Summary
We are seeking a strategic, resourceful, and high-performing Operations Clerk II to join our client’s pilot health sector team. In this role, you’ll ensure exceptional quality and error-free live delivery operations, proactively supporting merchants and drivers while driving continuous improvement. You’ll become a subject matter expert in our new product, helping to set industry standards for reliable, high-quality technology-enabled healthcare delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, multitasking environments and possesses excellent communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify issues and potential failures, implementing effective mitigation tactics
- Provide empathetic, urgent support for merchant and delivery driver issues
- Spearhead and execute workflows to meet exceptional service level agreements (SLAs)
- Analyze trends and communicate actionable findings to cross-functional teams to improve processes
- Develop deep expertise in product, processes, systems, and tools
- Contribute to a collaborative team focused on delivering world-class customer service and operational excellence
Skills & Qualifications
- Multi-faceted background, able to multi-task and problem-solve dynamically (not a call center role)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years’ experience in fast-paced customer service roles within technology, hospitality, or healthcare
- Highly motivated with capability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills; comfortable triaging without predefined solutions
- Fluent English communicator with above-average technological fluency (typing speed 40+ WPM)
- Effective written skills, including grammar, spelling, and the ability to match brand voice
- High competency in Google Sheets and technological tools
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with G-Suite, Slack, Atlassian, Salesforce
- Experience in live operations, logistics, or tech-enabled healthcare delivery
