Position Overview

A dynamic organization is seeking a motivated Parcel Business Development Representative to scale its logistics solutions, focusing on improving shipping speeds, reducing costs, and helping partners deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role centers on generating qualified leads through outbound engagement, supporting pipeline development, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify high-potential businesses via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other strategies.
  • Engage and qualify leads by understanding their shipping challenges and logistics needs.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives, acting as the initial point of contact for prospective customers.
  • Manage, track, and update all activity in CRM systems (such as Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy and pipeline transparency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine messaging and target industry segments for optimal business impact.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
  • Proven and consistent record of measurable over-achievement in previous positions.
  • Strong curiosity and commitment to staying current on logistics and industry trends.
  • High sense of ownership, motivation, and resilience.
  • Strong desire to build and grow a career in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
