Position Overview
A fast-growing integrated marketing organization seeks a Product Marketing Manager to lead strategic go-to-market campaigns for new and existing products, driving awareness, adoption, and engagement for financial services and other in-app solutions. This role operates as both a hands-on executor and strategic partner, focused on championing national-scale launches and running agile campaign tests in a highly collaborative, high-growth tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic, zero-to-one product development efforts for new fintech business cases and product initiatives with cross-functional partners.
- Set and own business KPIs, inform learnings, and help develop plans to advance long-term growth opportunities.
- Develop, execute, and report on the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, driving adoption and satisfaction.
- Lead marketing experiments and agile tests for new offerings—owning content and messaging, and managing in-app/email campaigns.
- Partner with research teams to run qualitative user studies and quantitative analysis to uncover user needs, trends, and opportunities.
- Synthesize customer research insights into actionable recommendations for both products and marketing.
- Coordinate cross-functional campaign execution, report results to leadership, and manage weekly business reviews with stakeholders.
- Translate strategic vision and growth goals into measurable, operational plans, working across Product, Brand, CRM, Operations, and Analytics.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience as a Product Marketing Manager in GTM roles within high-growth, fast-paced environments (tech, operations, consulting, banking, strategy, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to affect daily change, operate with energy and adaptability, and thrive in evolving markets.
- Experience conducting market research and user experience analysis.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills and experience with marketing experimentation.
- Proven capability to manage and execute complex projects with keen attention to detail.
- Fundamentals-oriented problem solver with a talent for translating vision and objectives into success metrics and actionable plans.
- Flexible across strategic and operational responsibilities, working internally and cross-functionally with a wide variety of teams.
- Strong project management and leadership skills, ideally with experience leading or supporting digital marketing/sales campaigns.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, passion for technology products impacting large user bases, and strong communication skills.
