Position Overview

A leading team in the Strategy & Operations division seeks a Product Operations Analyst to manage end-to-end deployment and fulfillment of partner hardware for in-store client partnerships. This role blends process development, hands-on logistics, technical configuration, and cross-functional coordination, aiming to create scalable, repeatable operational frameworks for partner success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary operational point for partner management, maintaining daily communication and escalation of risks/updates.
  • Manage hardware procurement, inventory, and hands-on configuration—including prepping devices for shipment, label printing, packaging, and coordinating carrier pick-ups.
  • Track lifecycle and status of partner accounts/hardware from onboarding to live operation, maintaining status accuracy and visibility.
  • Develop, document, and improve operational playbooks for scalable procurement, configuration, and fulfillment processes.
  • Coordinate with Revenue teams (Sales, Customer Success, Enablement), providing timely communication, updates, and support in meetings.
  • Set and manage expectations around the fulfillment process with internal teams and clients, ensuring transparent and accurate communication.
  • Support generation and tracking of order forms, identifying opportunities to automate and streamline sales operations workflows.
  • Deliver proactive operational communications for all internal teams supporting the partnership program.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of experience in operations (Sales Ops, Business Ops, Logistics, IT Operations, etc.).
  • Proven process-oriented mindset; experience building and documenting efficient systems from scratch.
  • Technically proficient; comfort with hands-on hardware/software configuration (Apple/macOS environment experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills—able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Resourceful, proactive problem-solver with "get-it-done" attitude and willingness to navigate ambiguity.
  • Customer-centric focus and empathy for user challenges.
  • Experience with hardware provisioning/IT asset management and familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, Looker (preferred).
  • B2B SaaS/project management experience is a bonus.
