Position Overview

A creative operations group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and execute high-impact, cross-functional creative initiatives and digital asset workstreams. This strategic operator will drive projects from conception through final delivery, leveraging their expertise in digital campaign production, multi-team collaboration, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale creative projects, including scoping, roadmapping, alignment, and milestone planning.
  • Oversee multi-workstream initiatives, ensuring visibility, clarity, and stakeholder alignment throughout project lifecycles.
  • Own the production of digital assets (social, banners, emails, in-app placements) from concept to delivery, managing timelines and QA.
  • Champion production efficiencies using AI tools and platforms where appropriate.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, product, and external teams for seamless communication and execution.
  • Manage comprehensive project documentation—status updates, resource planning, timelines—to keep teams informed and tasks on track.
  • Proactively anticipate risks and resolve delivery blockers while optimizing production frameworks.
  • Uphold the highest level of executional and creative standard across all delivered assets.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in creative production and project/program management within fast-paced agencies or in-house studios.
  • Proven track record in managing complex, multi-workstream projects and digital campaigns at scale.
  • Hands-on experience producing high-volume digital assets (social, email, display, in-app, etc.).
  • Strong instincts and experience in QA review and quality assurance processes.
  • Deep expertise in creative workflows, including concepting, production, and delivery for digital, video, photo, and experiential projects.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management and production tools: Monday.com, Figma, Frame.io, etc.
  • Demonstrated detail-orientation, proactive work style, and a passion for creative operations innovation.
