About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager for our client's Launch Team within the Merchant Experience division. This role focuses on driving strategic merchant projects, overseeing internal and external communication, and managing milestone timelines to enhance the merchants' launch experience. You will work cross-functionally with sales, account management, operations, product, and analytics teams to create an exceptional onboarding experience. This role includes some on-site requirements at a corporate office and may require up to 10% travel for merchant launches across the U.S.
What You'll Do
- Create and execute onboarding strategies to provide a seamless and delightful experience for merchants.
- Implement process, product, and people-focused programs to drive improvements.
- Become an expert in platform products and all associated integrations.
- Develop training materials for merchants to enhance staff understanding and adoption.
- Perform quality assurance testing to ensure full functionality prior to launch.
- Train merchant staff on effectively using the platform.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to refine merchant workflows for greater adoption and revenue maximization.
- Achieve immediate results while adapting to a dynamic work environment.
About You
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 4-5 years of experience in project or account management.
- Excellent accuracy, effectiveness, and timeliness in completing tasks, with superb attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work successfully cross-functionally with individual contributors and other departments.
- Strong presentation skills for both internal and external customer engagements.
- Experience in successfully driving business opportunities, developing improvements, and enabling stakeholders.
