Executive Summary
We are seeking a strategic, resourceful, and high-performing Project Manager to support Virtual Brands, Labs, and Platforms teams in driving key initiatives, process development, and vendor partnerships. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role will oversee project execution, manage product and platform operations, facilitate communication, and implement performance improvement strategies. The ideal candidate excels in cross-functional environments and brings advanced operational and program management expertise to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Scope, develop, and implement new processes and handoffs for Labs initiatives; create, maintain, and update playbooks and tracking tools.
  • Oversee pre-onboarding, initial quality checks, and the transition of Virtual Brands processes to new vendors; pilot programs, manage blockers, and ensure seamless handoff.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance and quality for Virtual Brands; manage weekly audits, resolve issues, and address leadership escalations.
  • Collaborate with team leads and specialists to manage ongoing platform product operations (Digital Ordering, Intake DAT, Drive on Demand, Smart Scales, Drive Thru).
  • Develop and utilize performance management systems, scorecards, and reporting tools to track and analyze team performance.
  • Continuously improve operational processes, update vendor management playbooks, and suggest optimization strategies.
  • Partner with leadership for vendor partnership management, including forecasting, maintaining playbooks, and responding to vendor needs.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and prepare monthly team newsletters; serve as primary contact for vendor stakeholders during project planning and execution.
  • Track and report weekly utilization and ensure completion by relevant pods; flag missing submissions and communicate with managers for follow-up.
  • Take ownership of ad hoc projects assigned by the Senior Manager and support strategic and operational execution as needed.
  • Submit Gemba metrics tri-weekly for performance updates.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3-5+ years project or program management experience, ideally in product, operations, e-commerce, or supply chain.
  • Advanced organizational, communication, and process development skills.
  • Proficiency with performance tracking, vendor management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience managing audits, analysis, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently and across multiple strategic projects simultaneously.
