We are seeking a strategic, resourceful, and high-performing Strategy & Operations Contractor to join our client's Partnerships team. In this pivotal role, you will manage and optimize strategic partnerships driving subscriber growth and engagement for their fastest growing, highest priority product. You will execute new features and campaigns, collaborate cross-functionally, analyze data, and contribute to building the world’s most valuable subscription offering, with direct impact on quarterly business results and high visibility to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and analyze experiments, including campaign activations, A/B test setups, and monitoring outcomes
  • Track, analyze, and summarize key findings for cross-functional and senior stakeholders using SQL, Excel, Sigma, and Google Sheets
  • Launch and manage high-impact partnership campaigns beyond food delivery, optimizing lifecycle management and member offerings
  • Ideate and propose next steps and improvements based on data-driven learnings
  • Create weekly reports on metrics, experiments, and workback schedules
  • Collaborate across disciplines, including product, design, marketing, data science, engineering, and finance
  • Identify gaps, proactively solve problems, and iterate on partnership strategy to unlock enticing retention benefits for subscribers
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent attention to detail; comfortable working “in the weeds” and solving consumer problems
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software programs
  • Self-starter with a bias for action, able to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and constantly changing environments
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable summarizing key insights at both high-level and detail-oriented views
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL, advanced skills in Excel, and experience with Google Sheets required
  • Comfortable with experimentation, reporting, metrics analysis, and cross-functional partnership
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience working on partnerships, product, analytics, or subscription growth initiatives
  • Experience with Sigma visualizations and reporting tools
  • Strong generalist ability to collaborate with legal, marketing, engineering, and finance teams
