Strategy and Operations Contractor - Fraud

Location: Remote USA

Contract Duration: 3 months (LOA coverage)

Contract Type: W2 through Staffing Supplier

Pay Rate: $45 - $50/hr

We are looking for a contractor with operations experience in the fraud space to support work on our client’s account integrity team. This person will assist with projects related to process improvement for our existing reviews and identifying blind spots that are leading to fraud impact. 

Role Description: 

• Helping audit support processes in the space and put together recommendations for improvements 
• Working with investigations team to understand the latest trends and distill their feedback into insights 
• Gathering feedback on tooling and put together requirements for our product team to incorporate 
• Providing support for tactical work related to new fraud trends as they arrive 

Qualifications: 

• >3 years of experience in fraud, trust, account integrity, or related functional areas 
• Experience working with operations/support teams at a large business 
• Proficiency with an analytical tool like excel, SQL, etc. to build analysis 
• Strong communication skills and comfortability working with a variety of stakeholders 
• Details: Will report to the lead for account integrity on the strategy and operations team
