Position Overview

A technology-focused organization requires a Tools Administrator to enhance and support a growing GTM technology ecosystem for a designated project. This role involves maintaining, auditing, and improving CRM and system integrations, supporting user provisioning, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure scalable solutions and best practice adherence for business technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand process flows, setting up scalable technical solutions across all GTM applications.
  • Administer Salesforce fundamentals: security models, sandbox environments, workflow automation, reporting, dashboards, and page layouts.
  • Maintain and configure CSP platforms (such as Gainsight), including integration and data infrastructure management.
  • Manage user provisioning and configurations for the GTM technology stack; resolve technical issues and support end users.
  • Contribute to system development including project scoping, requirement gathering, technical design, and testing.
  • Monitor and ensure data integrity standards, including duplicate rule creation and de-duplication practices.
  • Document technical deployments, user stories, and process resources for ongoing support.
  • Apply Agile methodologies and DevOps/release management best practices as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and administration.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Admin certification required; Advanced Admin and Developer certifications beneficial.
  • Experience configuring/maintaining CSP tools (such as Gainsight) and integrating with Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps/release management concepts.
  • Comfortable collaborating with offshore teams, consultants, or distributed staff.
  • Additional experience with tools such as JIRA, Outreach, Marketo, Gong, Chili Piper, DocuSign, ZoomInfo, RingLead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
