Executive Summary
We are seeking a strategic, resourceful, and high-performing Fulfillment Specialist to join our client's team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in fast-paced, physical environments and are eager to support operational excellence in daily customer errands and service fulfillment. The Fulfillment Specialist enables customers to save time by handling a range of day-to-day needs including grocery shopping, in-store pickups, organization tasks, and other personalized services, while delivering dependable, high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring fulfillment of services is smooth, efficient, and safe
  • Assist customers with errands, grocery shopping, in-store pickups, and other tasks across Manhattan
  • Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers through mobile apps and SMS
  • Build relationships and generate new business opportunities by exploring new and existing use cases
  • Provide timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Identify and implement operational improvements for increased fulfillment efficiency
Skills & Qualifications
  • Comfortable navigating the NYC Manhattan area and fluent with the subway system and public transportation
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using apps, texting clients, and following GPS directions
  • Detail-oriented and dependable, with strong attention to privacy, punctuality, and professionalism
  • Proactive and resourceful problem solver, able to find creative solutions on the go
  • Service-oriented and passionate about helping others
  • Determined and willing to do what it takes to achieve successful outcomes
Nice to Have
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, or currently pursuing one
