Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring fulfillment of services is smooth, efficient, and safe
- Assist customers with errands, grocery shopping, in-store pickups, and other tasks across Manhattan
- Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers through mobile apps and SMS
- Build relationships and generate new business opportunities by exploring new and existing use cases
- Provide timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service
- Identify and implement operational improvements for increased fulfillment efficiency
Skills & Qualifications
- Comfortable navigating the NYC Manhattan area and fluent with the subway system and public transportation
- Tech-savvy, with experience using apps, texting clients, and following GPS directions
- Detail-oriented and dependable, with strong attention to privacy, punctuality, and professionalism
- Proactive and resourceful problem solver, able to find creative solutions on the go
- Service-oriented and passionate about helping others
- Determined and willing to do what it takes to achieve successful outcomes
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, or currently pursuing one
