Executive Summary
An established technology-driven organization is seeking an Integrations Onboarding Specialist for a hybrid contract assignment in Tempe, AZ. This specialist will facilitate platform integrations for partners and merchants, providing top-tier onboarding service and technical support for POS and inventory feed systems. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, technical acumen, and experience driving process automation and operational efficiency in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality onboarding experiences for merchants, empowering their business growth through seamless integrations
  • Perform technical deep-dives and troubleshoot merchant issues, recommending creative and sustainable solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, sales, and engineering teams to pilot and improve new onboarding tools and processes
  • Identify and automate operational workflows to optimize merchant outcomes
  • Contribute to team projects, process improvements, and operational success aligned with company goals
  • Adhere to established collaboration, communication, and availability norms, including weekly meetings, training sessions, and participation in team-building activities
  • Flexibility to choose core shifts (7am–3pm, 8am–4pm, or 9am–5pm MST), with PM-only shifts available after 90 days
Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with AI tools, SQL, Google Sheets analytics, MODE, and SFDC reporting
  • Deep understanding of POS systems and technical integrations
  • Proven success in process automation and driving operational improvements
  • Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and creative solution development skills
  • Attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity
  • Excellent time management, ownership, and project delivery skills
  • Exceptional teamwork, communication, and collaboration in cross-functional settings
