Executive Summary
We are seeking a strategic, resourceful, and high-performing Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to drive continuous improvement in payments and chargeback disputes processes. You will play a key role on the Fraud team, leveraging operational expertise, strong data analysis skills, and hands-on HTML abilities to optimize dispute resolution templates and efficiency. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable implementing solutions that reduce fraudulent activity while preserving a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead iterative enhancements and optimizations to dispute resolution templates, focusing on accuracy and user clarity
- Implement workflow improvements and updates to HTML-based templates
- Analyze dispute outcomes using SQL and Excel to identify areas for process improvement and measure success
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to design and implement scalable fraud prevention and dispute resolution solutions
- Monitor disputes processes and provide ongoing refinements to drive higher resolution rates and accuracy
- Regularly report on process outcomes and recommend actionable improvements
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or analytics roles
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance improvement and operational effectiveness
- Proficiency in HTML, including editing and maintaining customer-facing templates
- Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL and Excel to evaluate and optimize processes
- Excellent communication abilities and experience supporting cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
