Executive Summary
We are seeking a strategic, resourceful, and high-performing Technical Account Manager to serve as a subject matter expert for integrated offerings and guide partners through new integration builds for our client's product and associated suite of APIs. In this role, you will work closely with merchants and integration partners to ensure seamless onboarding and successful platform integration. The ideal candidate is adept at collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex requirements into practical business solutions, and supporting partners throughout the integration lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for integrated offerings, APIs, and webhooks
- Guide partners through new integration builds, ensuring seamless onboarding onto client’s platform
- Collaborate closely with merchants and integration partners, providing guidance and technical support throughout the integration process
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical requirements into clear, actionable business solutions
- Troubleshoot integration issues using SQL and self-serve troubleshooting practices
- Coordinate across cross-functional engineering, product, and operations teams to drive successful partnerships and integrations
- Support project and/or program management activities, including planning sprints and managing tasks in JIRA
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience translating technical concepts into business solutions
- Strong technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, and webhooks
- Hands-on working experience with SQL for troubleshooting
- Experience with AI technologies a plus, but not required
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with external partners and drive successful outcomes
- Proven experience in project and/or program management, including sprint planning
- Familiarity with JIRA and agile development environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience working in cross-functional engineering and operations teams
